This is the first test release of mercury forum. This release supports the management and viewing of users, boards, and messages. Messages are organized in a hierchical manner so that threading is allowed. This release implements none of the advanced features in the work for mercury (icons, priveledges, etc.) and is not released for official public use. Because there is no implementation of priveledges, management of boards, messages and user accounts is available only to the owner of the board, message or profile.
Testers are asked to create/delete/edit user accounts, boards, and messages to test the functionality and appearance of the board interface pages. Any comments on interface or functionality should be emailed to hobbit125@summerof98.com I can also be reached on AIM via the handle Rune125.
